In this tutorial I have discussed the basic technique of facial animation. To create facial animation we need to create morph targets of the original character. At least 6 to 12 targets are essential.18 to 24 targets are ok. Those targets show different expressions. But in this basic tutorial, I have created only two targets. I used a free character here from the free3d site.I gave the link to this site bellow.I am grateful to them. This tutorial has a 2nd part where I show how to create controls for facial animation.

This is very easy technique. Anyone who has very little knowledge in Maya can rig a character. Then he/she can animate the character.Motion capture files are also can be used with this rigged character.

This Character Modeling for absolute beginners in 3ds MAX contains 5 parts
Here I created a very simple human figure from a box primitives.
Using poly modeling technique I've created this very simple model for absolute beginners who have no previous knowledge or skill in 3ds MAX.I have used biped from character studio for simplicity,though image reference is also good.In my biped setup tutorial i will use this low poly character.From this tutorial any one can learn the basics of 3d poly modeling in 3ds MAX.
